NEW AND IMPROVED!

Utilizing a new, patent pending hydronic outdoor wood boiler, Heiss Heaters Elite and Gasification series are now casted from an ultra high temperature refractory cement reinforced with stainless steel needles.  Refractory cement allows the unit to be unaffected by extreme temperatures or corrosion. Our wood boilers burn cleaner and hotter because of their “thermal mass”, resulting in a more efficient burn with greater heat storage, less smoke and only minimal creosote.  We have a triple pass exhaust system making it the most efficient heat extraction on the market.

Our units are fully insulated from front to back with a double foil heat resistant foam.  Our new hard exterior is cool to the touch allowing for longer burning times on less wood.

Our outdoor wood boilers are built to last and provide, clean, green heat. Easy to install, more efficient heating, less cleaning, no potential welds that may break, and you can burn pine! It’s apparent, Heiss Means Hot!

Featured Upgrades Include:

• Increased Lines
  • 36% More piping will be used in all 2012 Models allowing for more heat extraction and greater efficiency
• New Door
  • All doors will now be insulated high heat felt lined with refractory cement, reducing creosote build up and heat loss.
  • New interlocking tongue and groove seal will prevent air leaks and seal failure
• New Hood
  • The new hood will completely encase the electric components and water hookups. This will add additional insulation and weather protection
• Larger Blower
  • Every unit will now utilize a 146 CFM blower. This will give a 100% increase in forced air draft
• New Chimney Flue
  • new chimney flue with easy access chimney clean out
• Larger Exhaust Flue on the Model 5000
  • Model 5000 will now have an 8" exhaust flue, this will allow for better drafting and faster temperature recovery time
• Hard Exterior
  • New cement fiberboard will add additional R value and durability

  • The front of each unit will now be insulated, eliminating radiant heat loss from the front of the stove
